Martini Recipes
White – Knight – ini
2 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz white chocolate liqueur
1/2 shot dark chocolate liqueur
Pour over ice and enjoy.
Tall Dark and Handsome
2 shots vanilla vodka
1/2 shot coffee liqueur
1/2 shot dark chocolate liqueur
hot chocolate mix to rim glass
Shake all ingredients over ice. Dampen a paper towel to wet rim of glass and dip in hot chocolate mix.
Flirtini
- 2 pieces fresh pineapple
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz Champagne
- maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add the vodka and pineapple juice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
Bailey’s Cherry Cafe’
1.5 oz Bailey’s Coffee Irish cream
1 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1 dash Maraschino cherry juice
1 tblsp cinnamon
1 tblsp sugar
Rim Martini glass with cinnamon and sugar then drizzle cherry juice in glass to layer. Shake Bailey’s and Captain Morgan with ice and strain into glass. Enjoy!

Chambord Flavored Vodka Martini
3 oz Chambord Flavored Vodka
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a black raspberry.
Dirty Martini
1.5 oz Premium Vodka
.5 oz Dirty Sue’s Olive Juice
2 olives
Ketel One Smoky Martini
1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 Rinse of Lagavulin or Oban
1 lemon twist
Rinse rocks glass with scotch. Add ice. Add Ketel One Vodka. Stir. Garnish with lemon twist.
Pama Martini
2 oz Pama Pamegranate Luiqueur
1 oz Premium Vodka
.25 oz Orange Flavored Liqueur
